Ryan is awesome. First we needed late night emergency help in which he was very responsive. We got a reasonable estimate and he finished all the work in a timely manner. The second time was also an emergency call, but during the day. He happened to be close by and was there in 10 minutes. Checked everything and figured out the problem. The third time he replaced a hot water heater on short notice as well. Great work and very professional!

Ryan came by and was so easy to work with! I showed him our valve that needed to be changed and he gave me all my options. He came by the next week and worked with my schedule to get the job done. First off, we had a lot of work to do at our new (to us), old house. After being ghosted by other plumbers, we appreciated how communicative Ryan was! If he was running into any issues, or needed to run to grab something, he would explain to you why, and what he was doing all the way through.He is obviously knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing, as he has to update our fixtures from very old/amateur fixes of the past and had to get creative while staying up to code. He was willing to take on our projects that other plumbers deemed impossible. Ryan crushed it! He also made sure he cleaned up well after himself. His prices were fair for the work he did. All and all we are very happy with the end result and will be using Synergy Plumbing for any future needs!
